Geranium folio Malvae rotundo....sive Columbinus. Dove's-foot or Dove's-foot Cranesbill. This is common about Oxford, but not about London or Cambridge. The petals are entire. Martyn,1732,1:279.

Field Road, near Hardwick Wood, H Gilbert-Carter, 23.7.1926, CGE; By the side of a field track near Hardwick Wood, H Gilbert Carter, AH Evans etc. 1928; Just eighty years ago a specimen was found by Newbould in a cultivated field at Harlton. Not until 1926 was this Geranium recorded again from the county; but then H Gilbert-Carter, while heading a Botany School expedition to Hardwick Wood, pointed out to the author several plants in a drove leading to the wood.
